RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This Return and Exchange Policy applies to the petitepro.com online store and is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement.

Seller — Private enterprise "Shemax Company" .

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Returns and exchanges of the Goods are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

1.2. The Buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the requirements of this Policy are met.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY

2.1. Return or exchange of goods is possible provided that:

• the Goods have not been used;
• their presentation, consumer properties, seals and factory packaging are preserved;
• a document confirming the purchase (receipt / sales slip / electronic order confirmation)

2.2. The costs associated with the return of the goods are borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

3. GOODS THAT ARE NOT SUBJECT TO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

3.1. In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, the following are not subject to return or exchange :

• personal hygiene products;
• replaceable filters and accessories after opening the package;
• goods with traces of use.

3.2. The PetitePro-X dust collector is subject to return or exchange only if it has not been used and the complete set and factory packaging have been preserved.

4. RETURN OF GOODS OF UNSUITABLE QUALITY

4.1. In the event of a factory defect or damage to the goods due to the fault of the manufacturer or carrier, the Buyer has the right to:

• exchange of goods;
• refund;
• free elimination of defects (if possible).

4.2.To process the claim/request, the Buyer is obliged to contact the Seller within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the goods and provide photo/video confirmation of the defect.

5. REFUND PROCEDURE

5.1. Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made, in particular through the LiqPay payment system , or in another agreed upon way.

5.2. The refund period is up to 7 banking days from the moment the Seller receives the returned goods and confirms the reasons for the return.

6. RETURN DELIVERY METHODS

6.1. The return of goods is carried out using the following delivery services:

• Nova Poshta;
• Ukrposhta;
• courier delivery (by arrangement);
• self-pickup (by prior arrangement).
